Ulli pakodi,(onion pakodi)

Ingredients;


2 -cups onions sliced ,
1 cup besan flour,
water knead,
salt,curry leaves.
1 sp ginger paste.
oil for deeep fry.
3 sp ground nuts ,
1 spoon cashew nut pieces,

Method;








1.Mix the onions and curry leaves and salt,ground nuts and cashew nut pieces  and besan flour with out adding water ,mix well with hand .


2.Add some amount of water and ginger paste  and salt to it make dough tightly.(see the photo)


3.Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan and heat oil for 5 mins on high flame.

4.take some of the dough and place in to hot oil and allowed to cook  until they become brown colour. observe the photo.

5.Yami yami hot snacks are ready for rainy day.
