Beet root,  carrot,ground nut,green piece(mater) fry;

 

Ingredients;


1-cup beetroot ,
1/2 cup carrot pieces,
 peeled and cut in to small pieces,
1/2 cup water
½ cup ground nut’s 
1/2 cup matar 
 salt,
1-tbsp chilly powder,
1- onion,
2 green chillies 
2 tbsp coconut grated,

Popu ingredients;


1 sp musterd seeds,
1/2 sp urad dall ,
1/2 sp cumin,
2 bunches of curry leaves and coriander leaves.

Method;


1.take beetroot , carrot,ground nut and matar   in a cooker and add ½ cup water and add salt and chilly powder  .

2.Close the lid and allowed to cook for 1 wissile.

3.Take another pan and add some oil and add all popu dinusulu and add onion and chilly slices fry fir 1 min.

4.After  that  add all the cooked beetroot ,ground nut,  matar  and allow to fry for 3 mins add salt and chilly powder and   lastly add coconut grated and coriander and curry leaves .

5.Very very tasty beetroot,carrot,ground nut ,matar fry is ready to eat.

6.Full of vitamins and minerals   and nutrients are present in this curry and improves blood in our body and will improve complextion.so try this recipe once in a week.
