Egg onion gravy curry (Guddu pulusu)

Ingredients;



2 boiled eggs,
1 lemon sized tamarind juice,
1 tomato,
2 cups of  water,
2 tsp oil
3 green chillies,
1 cup of onion sliced
 1 tsp chilly powder,
¼ sp turmeric powder,
salt to taste
3bunches of Coriander leaves

Method;

1.Heat oil in a pan and add onions and green chilly pieces and allowed to sauté for 5 mints  and cover the lid 

2.Add tomato pieces and and sauté for 3 mints and add tamarind juice and add turmeric and chilly powder and salt  and cook for 2 mints and add 2 cups of water and place the lid .

3.After 1 mint add boiled eggs wich are pinched with a spoon and cook for 5 to 10 mints .

4.Add  coriander for  garnish.
