Colacasia Pieces – ¼ kg

Brinjal pieces – ¼ kg

Tomato – 2 Nos (chopped)

Tamarind juice – 2 tb spoons
·
Turmeric Powder – ¼ T Spoon

Mustard seeds - ¼
T spoon

Red Chilli Powder – 2 T Spoons

Salt – per Taste

Sun Flower Oil – 2 Tb Spoons

Green Chillies – 4 Nos

Preparation /Method
·
Wash the colacasia pieces thoroughly
·
Wash the Brinjal pieces
·
Take the Pan and pour 2 Tb spoons Oil and heat till
bubble comes
·
Place the Finely chopped onions in to the kadai and heat
till gold colour
·
Place the colacasia pieces and fry it till colour changes
·
Place the Brinjal pieces in to the kadai and fry it till
it loses hardness
·
Add turmeric powder and mix well till all the pieces
becomes yellow colour cover the kadai with some plate and cook for 5 minutes
·
Add red chilli powder and mix and cover the plate and
cook for another 3 minutes
·
Add our secret recipe tamarind juice for delicious juice.
·
Add salt as per the taste and cover with plate
·
Add some curry leaves and coriander leaves for taste and
cook for 5 minutes
·

Ingredeints:
Very thin Semya 1 cup
Milk - 3 Cups
Sugar - 1and 1/2 cup
Elaichi powder -1 spoon
Ghee -1 cup,
Kaju & Kismis - 1/2 cup.
Method:
- Take a pan add required ghee and melt and Fry Semya till golden color and kept a side.
- Add kaju and kismis and fry till color change(Firast fry kaju and Take out and then add Kismis because kismis will fry with in seconds).
- Boil the Milk for 5 mints till rolling Boil.
- When the Milk burns (Rolling) Add fried semya and cook for 5-7 mints.
- Add kaju,kismis and 2 spoons ghee and cook for 3 mints,when the semya cooked well add sugar and if required add some boiled water and cook for 2 mints.
- Yummy semya payasam is ready.

Natu Kodi/Layer chicken -1 KgGaram masala powder -3 spoons,
Onions - 4 Nos
Green chillies -6 nos,
Redchilyy powder -2 spoons,

Method:
- Take Chicken wash thoroughly with turmeric powder and salt and kept a side.
- Take Onions and green chilly and cut in to small pieces.

Curry leaves 2 spoons.
Method:
1.Take a pan and add Oil and fry Ripe chilies and kept a side
2.In that oil add Onions slice and fry,after wards add Ginger and fry for 1 mint.
3.Switch off the stove and add sugar,tamarind and Garlic cloves and allowed to cool.
4.After cooling grind all the ingredients.
5.Take a pan add Oil and Crackle the Mustered seeds and cumin and leaves and add this tamer with Onion paste.
6.Enjoy the onion pickle with Brake pasts and rice.

Refrigerator till use.
2.Heat Oil
in a kadai till medium Hot.
Ladyfinger Masala(Lady finger karam)
Ingredients:
Lady
fingers-250 grms.(Sliced in to longitudinally)
Oil-4
tbspoons
Coriander
seeds-2 spoons
Cumin
seeds-1 spoon
Salt-tasty
Drie red
chillies -8
Roasted peanut-1/4 cup
Garlic-5
cloves.
Method:
1.Heat oil
in a Non stick pan.
2.Take another dry pan and roast Coriander
seeds,Cumin seeds,and Dry red chillies and grind well in to powder.
3.Add lady
fingers which are sliced in to Longitudinally and add in to oil Pan and fry for some time till they were well cooked.
4.To this
powder add Roasted Peanuts and Garlic cloves and grind like crushing and kept a
side.
5.Add the
crushed masala in to fried Ladyfinger and add salt and cook for some time with
out lid.
6.Garnish
with coriander leaves and fry until Dry consistency.
