How to Make Ravva kesari (రవ్వ కేసరి)

Ingredients:

  • 1-cup of suji or ravva (upma ravva),
  • 2-cups of water,
  • 1-cup of sugar,
  • 1/4 cup kazu,badam,pista  pieces.
  • 1/2 cup ghee.
  • pinch of lemon yellow colour.

Preparation/Method

 1.Add ghee in a pan and after 1 mint add suji and fry well till it turns some colour change.

2.Take 2 cups of water and allow to  rolling boil.

3.Add sugar in to boiling water and then after 3 mints add fried suji and remaing ghee and add dry fruits  and cook till the water get end.(if you want add some lemon yellow colour  before switch of the stove)

4.Then take a plate and greese with some ghee and add this kesari into it and cut it your shape or eat as it as.
5.Very very tasty recipe and it can be cooked with in 1/2 hour so you can intive your friends and cook this kesari.
