Egg noodles;

Ingredients;

2 eggs ,
2 cups of raw noodles, 1.



2 cup carrot chopped,
 4- cups of water(double the amount of noodles), 
3 tbsp oil.
salt.
3 sp of noodle masala,(chicken masala)
1-onion,
2 green chillies,
1/2 cup spring onion,
1/2 cup tomato pieces,
1 sp garlic sliced,
1 sp ginger grated,
1tb  sp soya sauce, 
1tb sp tomato sauce
1- tbsp chilly sauce and 2 bunches of coriander.


Method of preparation;

1.Take a deep bottomed  pan and add 4 cup of water and add salt and allowed  to  rolling  boiled after  that  when the water get ‘s rolling add raw noodles and cook for 5 mints in between add 1 sp oil  and stir in between.

2.Remove the flame and transfer the noodles to a strainer and keep it aside for 10 mints .

3.cut onion and carrot and chillies to thin slices.

4.Add a pinch of salt and pepper and beat well .

5.In a pan sprinkle some oil and pour the egg mixture.

6.Scramble the egg and keep that aside(you can make omelet  and cut in to small pieces).

7.In a non stick pan add  3 spn of oil and heat for 2 min .

8.Add onion carrot and ginger ,garlic and tomato  and fry for 3 mints when they become sauted .

9.Then add noodle masala   fry for 1 min and add siya sauce and chilly sauce,fry in low flame.

10.Add cooked noodles and scrambled egg and mix all the ingredients using fork.

11.Cook for 5 mints in low flame ,stirring in between.

12,garnish with coriander and sliced spring onion .

13.Serve hot egg noodles with tomato sauce.
