Home made chocolate ;
Ingredients;
1-tin milkmaid/condensed milk,
1 ½ Cups sugar ,
10 marie biscuits,
100 gms-butter,
2 tsbsp-cocoa powder,
coffee
powder (optional),
Method;
1.Powder the Marie biscuits finely in a mixer.
2.Add all ingredients to the powdered biscuits &mix
well.
3.Heat the mixture & and stir continuously.
4.As the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan ,take
off fire &pour in to a greased plate.
5.When it has cooled
a little cut in to desired shapes and sizes.
6.Gems and dry frits
can be used for garnishing.
7.Home made chocolates are an extremely good gifting option
for children.so try this preparation.
