BREAD  HALWA.

INGREDIENTS;

¾ CUP – 1 CUP GHEE.
1 loaf bread,
6-8 cardamom (elachi)
2 tbsp almonds,
3 cashew nut,
1 cup low fat milk,
1 ¼ cup sugar  as your taste. 

Method.

1.tear the bread in to bit size  pieces .

2.heat ¾ cup of ghee in a cooking vessel  and add the bread pieces then fry  them till they become golden brown color.

3.grind elachi, almond cashew  nuts  in a fine paste and  fry  some almonds and cashewsin   ghee and kept a side.

4.Boil the milk and sugar and keep stiring itll it blends in to the milk .Add the fried bread pieces and add the remaining ghee to this mixture.

5.Let it simmer till the bread pieces turn soft and cook in the milk mixture .combine the   nuts paste .garnish with the toasted almonds and cashew nuts.

6.Serve warm or cool ,it tastes good in warm and cold conditions.
