Egg ,potato masala gravy curry


Egg ,potato  masala gravy;


Ingredients;

1/2 cup onion pieces,
5-green chilly sliced,
Eggs -6-boiled,
1-cup boiled potato cubes,
1-tomoto sliced,
1 sp whole garam masala,



2 sp cashew nuts,
2 sp garlic cloves,
1 sp coriander powder,
Oil knead,
red chilly powder,-1 sp,
1 sp turmeric powder,
Salt
Coriander leaves hand full. 


Before we have to prepare  some paste for making curry;


1. 1-tamato and 2 onions paste.(Make a thin paste by adding water),

2. Cashew nuts and garlic and  whole garam masala mix well and ground and make a paste and kept a side.

3. Boil the eggs and  peel  and  fry them in oil until they become golden brown by adding some turmeric powder,

4. Boil the potatoes and  peel and cut in to cubs.


Method;

11..       Take oil in a pan and fry onion and green chilly after 2 mins add tomato pieces and close the lid.

22.   Add tomato onion puri  and fry 5 mins add cashew paste and fry for 5 mins and add redchilly powder and salt .

33..   After  add potato cubes and fried eggs  and add some water and allow to cook for 5 mins .

44..     Add coriander  powder and coriander leaves and cook for 2 mins.

55..      Serve  hot with rice roti .

66..    It was very tasty spicy curry .
