Ingredients;
carrot pieces-longitudinally cuted ones-2 cups,1 cup maida,
2 sp besan flour,
1/4 th cup corn flour,
4 chillies longitudinally grated,
red food colour- 1/4 sp,
salt ,
red chilly powder 1- sp,
ginger garlic paste -1 sp,
1 sp garam masala,
corianderleaves and curry leaves 2 spoons,
oil for deep fry.

Method;
1.mix all the ingredients and make a dough like bujjies,2.Add carrot pieces and mix well and kept a side for 10 mints.
3.Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the carrots with batter till it changes in to red colour.
4.It can be eat as snack and side dish with sambar ,rice.
