Egg  Drumstick gravy curry 

Ingredients;
4  boiled eggs,
1 cup of drumstick pieces ,
1  tsp  tamarind juice,
1/2 cup  tomato sliced,
2 cups of  water,
2 tsp oil
3 green chillies,
1/2  cup of onion sliced
 1 tsp chilly powder,
¼  sp turmeric powder,
salt to taste
3bunches of Coriander leaves
1 bunch of curry leaves

Method;

1.Heat oil in a pan and add onions and green chilly pieces and allowed to sauté for 3  mints  and add drumstick pieces and cover the lid  for 5 mints.

2.Add tomato pieces and and sauté for 3 mints and add tamarind juice and add turmeric and chilly powder and salt  and cook for 2 mints and add 2 cups of water and place the lid .

3.After 1 mint add boiled eggs witch are pinched with a spoon and cook for 5 to 10 mints .Add curry leaves

4.Add  coriander for  garnish.
