TUL
& JAGGERY LADDU;
Ingredients:
½-cup jaggery,
1/4 cup water,
1-cup tul (fried on dry pan),
2 tsp ghee.
PREPARATION;
Make jiggery syrup with ¼ cup of water and
allow to heat on low flame ,till the syrup will done like sticky pakam (teega
pakam).
Add
fried tul in to pakam and mix
well for 1 minute and add 2 spoons of ghee
and switch off the stove.
Allowed to cool for 20 mnts and then roll like laddu with your
palms.
Very very healthy dish for ladies especially irregular periods will be regular.
