Ingredients;
250 gms paneer,
4 tomatos,3 onion
1 long piece of ginger,
1 long piece of ginger,
2 green chilly,
1 cup malai(meegada),
1 sp red chilly powder.
1/4 sp teremric powder,
1/4 sp teremric powder,
½ sp garam masala
2 tb sp ghee.

Method;
1.Cut paneer in square shape.2.Grind onion,ginger,green
chilly and make a paste and kept a side.
3.Heat butter or ghee in a pan .
4.Add onion tomato
paste ,Continue cooking it on medium flame till ghee begins to separate.
5.Add malai or meegada.
6.Simmer for 2 mints.
7.Add salt,red chilli powder,turmeric ,garam masala.
8.Add paneer pieces and add ½ cup of water.
9.When the gravy thickens put off the flame.
