Murukulu
Ingredient’s.
1 cup rice flour,
salt,
1 sp-red chilly powder,
1/2 ghee,
1 sp
cooking soda,
oil for deep fry.
Hot water knead.
Method:
1.Add boil water to the flour and add salt and ghee which
was hot, and red chilly powder and make dough and make tight paste and
covered with wet cloth.
2.kept a side for 20
mins .
3.Take a pan add oil
and heat for 10 mins when oil is get heated take some ball of dough and
take in to murugulu gottam specially designed for making murugulu.
4.Press tightly with
different shapes as we wish to eat.
5.Fry them until to get
golden brown colour.
6.take in to paper napkin
plate and serve hot hot as evening snack.
