Chicken fry;
Ingredients;
Chicken pieces-1 cup,
Green
chilly-2,
red chilly
powder-2 sp,
turmeric
powder-1 sp,
Garam
masala-2 sp,
salt.
Curry
leaves.
Oil-1/2
cup.
Method;
1.Take a
pan add
oil and heat for 1 min and add chicken pieces .
2. Fry for
2 mins and close the lid and sauté for 5 mins .
3.Add red
chilly powder and turmeric powder and fry for 5 mins and add salt.
4.And add
curry leaves and add masala powder and stir well for 5 mins.
5.Add curry
leaves and fry for 5 mins ,switch off
when oil sqeezes out .
6.Take in
to paper napkin plate and serve with
biryani or rice or snack.
