Fish fry


Ingredients;


10 seer fish pieces-cleaned well,
100 ml refined oil for deep frying or 30 ml oil for  shallow fry,

Ingredients for marinate;

1 tsp-olive oil,
2 tsp rice flour,
2 tsp lemon juice,
2 tsp salt,
½ tsp cumin powder,
1 tsp ginger garlic paste,
2 tsp red chilly powder,
1/2  tsp white pepper powder,
½ tsp turmeric powder,
1 tsp cornflour,
1 tsp besan flour,
1 tsp onion paste,
2 tsp water.

Directions;

1.Mix all the ingredients for marination and marinate fish pieces in this paste for 15 mins at least.

2.Heat oil in a kadai and deep – fry these pieces till they turn golden brown colour.

3.This fish fry will have a thick coating of masala over it if done properly.

4.You can have this alone with ketchup or with  rice as a side dish.
