fish curry:
Ingredients:
Fish
pieces- 2 cups.
oil-5 tb
sp.
Onions-3
cut in to big pieces,
1-sp
turmeric powder,
3 sp- red
chilly powder,
Tamarind
juice- 1 cup,
Salt tasty,
Ginger
garlic paste 2 sp,
Masala
powder-1 sp.
Curry
leaves &coriander leaves handful.
Method;
1.Clean
the fish and remove the scales by rubbing on stone (see the pics).
3.Cut the
onions little big and chillies are cut in to
longitudinally .
4.Take a pan
add oil and fry onion pieces and fry for 1 min.add green chilly and fry for 1
min.
5.Take
cleaned fish pieces and add turmeric
powder and red chilly powder and 1 sp oil and ginger garlic paste and marinate for 20 mints .
6.After frying the onion green chilly add these fish pieces and close
the lid for 1 min.
7.Add tamarind juices and add remaining red chilly powder and salt and add 1 cup of water and cook for 10 mins.
8.While cooking add ginger garlic paste and masala and curry leaves and
cook for 5 mints.
9.After the curry was well cooked garnish with coriander leaves and
serve hot with rice.
10.Allow to cool the fish curry for 5 to 6 hours and serve with rice.
12.If you want to become more juicy add some more water while cooking
the curry.
