Tomato chicken;
Ingredients;

Large onion
2
4cloves garlic
3
1 slice ginger
4
1 tsp oil
2 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp turmeric powder
7
1 tsp salt
8
1 tsp ground pepper,
9
½ tsp ground caradamom
1
1 cinnamon stick broken
¼ tsp ground cloves
1
2 bay leaves
1
1 tsp red chilly powder,
1
6 skin less chicken thighs,
1
3 tomatoes finely chopped .
1
Coriander leaves.
Method
1.Place onion ,garlic and ginger in a mixy
and make a paste .
2.Heat oil in a large frying pan over
medium heat add onion paste and stir fry ,stirring continuously for about 10
mins.
3.Stir in the cumin turmeric salt ,pepper cardamom,cloves
,bay leaves and sauté ,in between stir the mixture for 2 mins.
4.Place chicken pieces in frying pan and
stir them around with the low flame until they are well coated with masala.
5.And add tomatoes in to it with their
juice and reduce the flame and saute them
for 5 mins and tomatoes are well cooked.
6.If the saute will thicken add little
amount of water and cook for 5 mins.
7.Remove cinnamon stick and bay leaves
before serving.
8.Serve with biryani or rice or roti.
