Dal rasam or pappu charu


 Dal rasam  (or) Pappu charu

Ingredients;

1 cup cooked dal,
3 or 4 cups of water,
5 to 6 green chillies,
1 tsp red chilly powder,
Lemon size tamarind,
salt tasty,
½ sp turmeric powder,
1 tsp oil
1 cup of tomatoes (5 to 6 )
2 onions crushed.

For  fry pappucharu i.e.tiraga moota ingredients;
1 isp oil,2 red chillies,1 tsp mustered seeds ,1/2 tsp cumin,4 flakes of garlic,2 bunches of curry leaves,2 bunches of coriander leaves,1/2 tsp ghee.

Preparation;
1.Fry I cup of dal in a dry pan till it turns the colour,(carefully fry with  out over fried i.e. does in’t come black colour  to dal) approximately fry for 5 minutes,and kept in a bowl and add some water till the dal was  completely  dipped  and allow to soak for 15 minutes.

2.Take soaked dal in a cooker and add onions ,tomatoes and tamarind ,chilly powder, turmeric ,and green chillies and 1 tsp oil (oil helps to cook the dal fast).expect  salt all the ingredients are added to the tur dal.

3.And add  water  and close the lid and allow to cook for 4 whistles and off the stove.

4.A fter cooling  for some time ,now open the lid and add salt your taste  and rubbed with  wooden stick (specially designed for smashing the dal)and it was fry for all talimpu dinusulu like, mustered seeds,cumin garlic and red chillies and curry leaves and coriander leaves  with ghee.

5.Yami delicious pappu charu is ready for serve

6.It is very traditional dish for indian’s for festivals and marriages .And in daily side dish.
7.It was preferably take daily for children tur dal contains lot of proteins and tomatoes contains vitamins and turmeric is antiseptic .so add this receipe for your daily menu.
