Chicken biryani;
Ingredients;
Onions-2,
Rice-1 kg,
Chicken-1 kg,
Green chillies-2 ,
Biryani leaves-2,
Salt to taste,
Red chilly powder-2 tsp,
Ginger garlic paste-2 tsp,
Lemon-1 ,coriander powder -1 tsp,
Garam masala-1 tsp.
Ingredients for masala preparate;
Coriander -1 tsp ,
Cinaman stick -1,
Cardamom-4,
Shazeera-1/2 tsp
Clove-5,
Black peppar raw -10 (optional),
Method;
1.Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste ,red chilli powder
,turmeric,salt, and keep aside for 1 hour.
2.Grind the masala and keep a side.
3.Take a nan-stick pan
and add oil green chillies ,onions,masala and fry them .
4.Cook the rice in cooker or in a pan with 1 cup of rice 1
cup of water ,wich can be cooked halfcook if you are cooking in a bowl you can cook the rice
till they are get dancing condition.
5.while cooking the rice add some oil and salt to it.
6.Adjust the oven at 450 degrees take a pan add aluminium foil to it and add
oil add marinated chicken and keep it in the oven for 15 mins.
7.Add cooked rice ,garam masala,coriander leaves and cooked chicken and keep it in the oven
for 20 -30 mins .
8.If you are cooking in a pan do the same about 20 mints.
Swith off the oven and add some lemon juice and pudina (mint)leaves and add some ghee to it when it
was in hot condition.!).Spicy biryani is ready to serve with raita.
