Chicken masala;
Ingredients;
5 dried red chillies
chopped,
1 tsp coriander seeds,
2 tsp chilli powder,
1 tsp cumin,
2 cloves garlic,minced,
1 tsp cardamom powder,
3 green chillies chopped,
1 tsp tamarind paste,
1 slice ginger,
Hand full of chopped coriander leaves,
4 tbsp olive oil,
2 onions chopped,
1 kg boneless and skinless chicken pieces,
Coconut grated for garnish.
Method;
1.to make the masala,In a small frying pan,sauté redchillies,pepper, coriander
,,chilly powder,cumin,garlic,cardamom fry for 2 min.Let cool and transfer in to
small bowl of mixy and grind well with green chillies ,tamarind,ginger
,coriander ,garlic and make a smooth paste.
2.Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat and sauté onions
,until brown and add masala,mixture and sauté for about 7 to 10 mints.
3.Add chicken pieces ,reduce heat to symmmer for 25 -30 mints .
4.Bring all to proper cook for 1 min then remove from
flame,garnish with shreddedcoconut and coriander leaves.
