Sanna karapoosa;

Ingredients;

2- cups besan flour,
salt and dalda -1/2 cup ,
hot water.


Method:

1.Add boil water to the flour and add salt and dalda  which was hot, and red  chilly powder  and make dough and make tight paste and covered with wet  cloth.

2.kept a side for 20  mins .

3.Take a pan  add oil and heat for 10 mins  when oil  is get heated take some ball of dough and take in to murugulu gottam specially designed for making sanna karappusa,Insert small holes plate in murugulu gottam.

4.Press   tightly with different shapes as we wish to eat.

5.Fry them until to get  golden brown colour.

6.take in to paper napkin  plate and serve hot hot as evening snack.
