Maida biscuits;
Ingredients;
2- maida flour,
which
cleaned and filter in net (Jaali) to
avoid some waste stones .
Salt,
Ghee -1/2 or
dalda hot.
Cool water knead.
Method;
1.Mix all the ingredients and make smooth dough and kept a
side for 1 hour and covered with wet cloth.
2.Flat like chapaties and cut them in to diamond shape with
knife.
3.Heat oil in a deep pan and place these diamond shapes in
to oil and fry them in to golden colour.
4.Take them in to Paper napkin plate .
5.Serve them hot.
