Ingredients:
  • Maida: 1 Kg
  • Suji (Bombay Ravva): ¼ Kg
  • Dalda : 100 Grams
  • Sugar: ¾ Kg
  • Oil : for Deep Fry

Preparation:

  1. Place the Kadai on the stove and heat
  2. Add the Solid State Dalda to the Kadai and Heat Till it Becomes Liquid like Oil
  3. Add the Dalda to the Mixture of Mailda and Suji (Ravva)
  4. Add 1 Cup of Water and Mix Well
  5. Make Smooth Dough by Pressing Hardly against
  6. Take Small Quantity of Dough and Make Smooth Round Balls
  7. Now Press the Dough Balls against the Gavva Maker
  8. Now Repeat the Above the Gavva Making Step and Make the Gavvalu
  9. Place the Deep Kadai on the Stove and Add Oil for Deep Fry and Hear Till Bubbles
  10. Now Fry the Gavvalu Until Gold Colour
  11. That’s it Andhra Special Gavvalu Ready to Serve
