How to cook drum stick Tomato Curry


Ingredients:

Drumsticks -4
Tomato -3
Onion -3
Greenchilly -2


Tamarind -small
Redchilly powder -2 spoons
Oil -2 spoons
salt- tasty
curry leaves -2 bunches.

Method:-

  1. Cut Onion,greenchilly,drumsticks(4 inches) and kept a side.
  2. Peel drumsticks  and kept a side.
  3. Cut tomato in to 4 pieces.
  4. Soak tamarind and squeeze tamarind juice and kept  a side.
  5. Take bandi and add oil and add onion greenchilly pieces saute them.
  6. Add Drumsticks close the lid saute for 5 minutes.
  7. Add Sueezed tomato pieces and saute for 3 minutes by close the lid.
  8. Add redchillypowder,salt and tamarind juice and close the lid.
  9. Add 1/2 liter water and cook till gravy comes,add curry leaves.
  10. If you want More pulupu add tamarind juice and you dont want  doesn't add tamarind.
  11. Yummy drumstick gravy is ready for your white rice.
