How to Make Moongdal Butter sev

Ingredients:

Moongdal-2 cups,
some Water.
Butter-1Cup,
Redchily powder-2 spoons,
Salt tasty,
Oil-Deep fry,
Sev Making Machine.

Method/Preparation:

  1. Take Moongdal and soaked for 2 hours.
  2. Grindwell the Moongdal and make fine paste.
  3. Add butter and mix well with spoon.
  4. Add salt and Red chilly powder and add some water and make Smooth Batter.
  5. Take a pan Add Oil for deep fry and Fill Moong dal batter in Sev making Machine.
  6. Take long spoon and Backside of the spoon place Moong dal rounds and place in heat oil.
  7. Cook for 5 mints until they cooked.
  8. Garnish with fried Curry leaves and eat it.
