How to Make Vegetable Gobi (Cauliflower) Dum Biryani

Gobi Dum Biryani
·         Basmati Rice/Biryani Rice : 1 Cup
·         Boiled Gobi : 1 Cup
·         Curd (Raita) : ½ Cup
·         Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 T Spoon
·         Salt: Tasty
·         Red Chilli Powder: 2 Tb Spoons
·         Turmeric Powder: 1 Pinch
·         Garam Masala Powder: 1 T Spoon
·         Cloves: 3 Nos
·         Cinamon Sticks: 2 Nos
·         Sha Zeera : 12 T Spoons
·         Bay Leafs: 2 Nos
·         Green Cardamom : 3 Nos
·         Lemon Juice : 1 T Spoon
·         Fried Onins (Brown Colour) : ¼ Cup
·         Mint Leaves : Required
·         Oil : 3 Tb Spoons
·         Green Chillies (Sliced) : 5 Nos

Method / Preparation :

·        Take the Rice and cook get it Half Boiled
·        Take the Pan and add 2 Cups of Water, 2 Nos Bay Leaves, Masala Ingredients, Salt, Mint Leaves and Oil 2 T Spoons ( for not sticking rice to the ingredients) heat up to Small Bubble Comes.
·         Gobi Marinating Procedure:
o   Take a Bowl and add the following
o   Curd
o   Ginger Garlic Paste
o   Little Oil
o   Salt
o   Red Chilli Powder
o   Turmeric Powder
o   Graram Masala Powder
o   Lemon Juice
o   Fried Onions
o   Mint Leaves
o   Green Chillies
o   Boiled Gobi Pieces
o   Mix Well that’s it and Marinate for 15 Minutes and keep Aside
·         When you noticed the Bubbles Now add the Half Boiled Rice to the
·         Now take another Pan and add the marinated pieces and above that Boiled Rice and then add Fried onions and close the Lid and cook for 5 Minutes
·        You Can Notice the Flavour Smell very Richly so now the Tasty Veg Dum Biryani is Ready to Serve
