Crab Curry (Pitalu Curry)

Ingredients: 

Crabs-1/2 k.g
GaramMasala Powder-3 spoons,
Redchilly powder-2 spoons,
Turmeric powder-1/2 spoon,
Salt -tasty,
Onion Paste-1 cup,
Green chillies-5,
 Ginger garlic paste-2 spoons,
 Coriander -3 bunches.
Tomatoes-2 Make paste,
Onions-3 -Make paste.

 Method: 

1.Wash and clean the Crabs And Legs.

2.Wash with Salt and turmeric and kept a side.
3.Take a pan and add Onion paste and fry for 3 minutes.
4.Add green chilly and fry,add Ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 mints.
5.Add Tomato Paste and fry till saute.
6.Add Cleaned Crabs and close the lid for 5 mints till the water comes out from the Crabs.
7.Add Red chilly powder,salt and add Garammasala Powder 3 spoons.
8.Cook for 3 minutes add little water and cook for 5 mints.
9.When the oil Oozes from the curry then add Coriander leaves and Dish out.
10.Serve Hot with Rice,Yummy Crabs Curry is ready.
