How to cook Brinjal Drumstick gravy curry


Ingredeints:

Brinjals    -1/2 kg
Drumsticks  -4
Tomatos  -4

Redchilly powder-  2 spoons
Turmeric powder-  1 spoon
salt- tasy
Oil-  2 spoons
Onions- 2 Nos
Greenchilly- 3 Nos
Mustured seeds-1 Spoon

Method:

  1. Drumsticks cut in to 3 inches and Peel Cover and Cut Brinjals in to long pieces and soaked in salt water.
  2. Take Pan add oil and splutter Mustured seeds and add Onion Greenchilly and curry leaves and fry till saute.
  3. Drumsticks and close the Lid and saute for 5 mints add Brinjal Pieces and fry till saute.
  4. Add turmeric salt and fry for 2 mints.
  5. Add Red chilly powder and water 100 ml and close the Lid and cook for  5 mints when gravy comes Thick.
  6. Serve hot with rice.
