Simple Masala Chicken Fry


Ingredients

  • Chicken 1/4 Kg
  • Coriander leaves - 2 Bunches
  • Green Chilies - 3 Nos
  • Onions - 1 No
  • Red Chilly Powder - 2 Tb Spoons
  • Oil - for Deep Fry
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 T Spns
  • Coriander Powder - 2 T Spns
  • Poppy Seeds - 1/2 T Spns
  • Raw Coconut Pieces - 1 Slice
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 TSpn
  • Lemon Juice - 1 Slice
  • Black Pepper - 1 T Sp
Preparation/Method

Marinating the Chicken
  • Take Bowl
  • add Turmeric Powder
  • Add Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Add Salt
  • Add Coriander Powder Mix Well and Marinate for 1/2 Hour to 1 Hour
Coconut Masala Chicken Fry Preparation
  • Take a Non Stick Pan and Add Oil for Deep Fry and Fry the Marinated Chicken Pieces for 5 Minutes on High Flame
  • take out the Fried Chicken Pieces from Pan 
  • Remove the oil from the Pan
  • Take the PAN and Add Oil and Add the Onions and Fry for 3 Minutes until turns to Gold Color
  • Add Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Green Chillies, Coriander Leaves and Mix well 
  • Add Chicken and Fry for another 5 Minutes
