How to Prepare Perfect Gulab Jamun

Ingredients

Gulab Jamun Packet : 50 Grms
Sugar : 1 Kg
Water : 1 Ltr

Oil For Deep Fry
Elaichi Powder: 1 Tb Spoon

Preparation:

  1. Take a Bowl and Add the WHole Packet Powder to the Bowl
  2. Mix By Adding Sufficient Water to it and Please take care that the Dough Must Be Smooth (Tight well Mixed)
  3. Prepare a Round Dough Balls (Must Small In Size Because While Fry it will double of the Size
  4. and Fry Until It Reaches Gold Color
  5. Preparation of the Juice (Sugar Liquid)
  6. Take a Pan and Add Water and Heat well and Add Sugar and Mix Well and Cook Until IT was Sticky
  7. Now Drop All Fry Balls to the Sugar Liquid and Soak For 10 Minutes
  8. THAT'S IT JUICY GULAB JAMUN READY TO SERVE
