How to Make Easy Sesame Laddo's (Andhra Style) నువ్వుల ఉండలు


నువ్వుల ఉండలు


Ingredients:

·         Sesamy seeds   - 1 Cup

·         Grated Coconut  : ½ Cup

·         Jiggery                  : ½ Cup (100 Gms)



·         Ghee                     : 2 Tb Spoons

Method/Preparation

·         Fry Sesamy seeds till Brown Colour take them in to plate and cool for 5 Min

·         Grate the Jaggery

·         Take a Mixy jar and add fried sesamy seeds and jiggery and grind well for 2 Min

·         Add Grated Coconut to the mixy jar Grind well for 3 Min until the paste becomes smooth

·         Take them into a Bowl add 2 Tb Spoons Ghee and make the mixture in to round Balls

·         Now Cool for 5 to 10 Mins and serve them

·         Sesamy laddos are ready to eat

Health Tip: these Laddos are having more Iron content which is good for Healthy Womens
