Jeera Aloo Fry


Ingredients:

·         Boiled Potato  -1/4 Kg
·         Cumin Seeds – 1 Tb Spoon
·         Green Chillies – 5 Nos
·         Turmeric Powder - !/2 T Spoon
·         Curry Leaves – 1 bunch
·         Ginger – 1 “ Piece
·         Lemon – ½ Piece
·         Salt – Tasty
·         Cumin – Powder – ½ T Spoon
·         Oil – 1 Tb Spoon

Method:

·         Turn On the Gas Stove and Place the Non Stick Kadai, add cumin seeds and dry fry for 2 Minutes on Low Flame
·         After that add Oil and heat for 1 Min
·         Add Green chillies, Ginger pieces, curry leaves fry for 2 Min on low flame
·         Add boiled Potato cubes fry for 2 Minutes and add turmeric powder and salt and fry for 7 to 10 minutes on low flame
·         Add cumin powder fry fpr 2 minutes
·         Switch off the stove and cool the fry for 10 minutes
·         Squeeze ½ lemon in to the fry and mix well
·         Serve hot tasty Jeera aloo fry recipe with rice
·         This fry curry is well served with rice.
