Egg-65
Ingredients:

boiled eggs-3
·
Raw egg -1
·
Corn flour -3 tb spoons
·
Black pepper powder -1/2 t spoon
·
Garam masala -1/2 T spoon
·
Green chilli -6
·
Curd -1 tb spoon
·
Curry leaves -2
bunches
·
Cilantro -2 bunches
·
red food colour-pinch
·
salt -tasty
·
green chilli sauce -1 Tb spoon
·
oil -for deep fry
Method:
·
Boil eggs for 10 mints peel and cut in to 4 pieces and keep
a side.
·
Take a bowl and break raw egg and add corn flour and salt
and beat well and make thick paste and keep a side.
·
Heat oil for deep fry and when the oil was well heated coat
egg pieces in egg batter and drop in oil.
·
Deep fry egg pieces on medium flame and fry until gold colour
and take out in paper napkin plate.
·
Remove excess oil and keep 1 Tb spoon oil in Kadai and heat
and fry green chilli and curry leaves for 1 minute.
·
Add curd and green chilli sauce and fry for 1 mint.
·
Add fried egg pieces and add red colour and add Garam
masala, and pepper powder & fry for 1 mint and add cilantro and fry for 1
mint and serve hot.
·
Serve hot as snack or side dish.
·
Precaution to be taken:
Take care while eggs are frying sometimes egg are crackle and oil will drop
on face, keep one pad in front of face and fry egg pieces on medium flame.
