How to make Ravva Laddu / Suji laddu (రవ్వ లడ్డు)

Ravva Laddu

Ingredients:

  • Suji/ Bombay ravva-1/2 kg/1 cup
  • Sugar-400  grms / 3/4 cup
  • Elaichi - 3

  • Boiled Milk-1 cup (Required)
  • Ghee- 3 Table spoons
  • Coconut-1(Scraped)
  • Kaju, Kissmis- For decoration.

Method/Preparation:

  • Scrape the coconut /Grind and kept a side.
  • Take  PAN add Ghee and fry suji till Gold color on low flame  and take out in to a plate.
  • Add  some ghee and add coconut scraped and fried till gold color.
  • Grind the sugar and 3  Elachi and make fine powder.
  • Fry kaju, kiss miss for decoration in ghee.
  • Take wide plate add fried suji, fried coconut and powdered sugar and mix well.
  • Add  Boiled milk to wet the flour and make fine balls if required add some milk and make round balls.
  • Garnish with Kaju, kismiss and kept a side for 2 minutes they become tight
  • Serve  as snack.
