Ingredients:-
Gongura -3 BundlesRedchilly powder- 2 Spoons
Turmeric powder -1 Spoon
Rock salt/Salt -tasty
Mutton curry Pieces (1/2 Kg)
Method:
- Wash the Gongura leaves and add some water,redchilly powder,turmeric powder,salt and cook till mashed.
- Mash the Gongura with spoon and again keep on stove in low flame.
- Mutton curry is added to the Gongura just before 3 minutes to serve.
- Cook for 3 minutes and Garnish with Coriander leaves and serve Hot with Rice.
- Yummy Gongura Mutton is Ready.
