Ingredients:
- Raw Curry banana-2,
- Besan-1 cup.
- Redchilly powder-1 spoon
- Salt-tasty
- Cooking Soda-pinch
- Oil-For deep fry
- Onion chopped-1 cup
- Cumin-1 spoon
Method:
- Take a Mixing Bowl and add Besan salt, Red chilly powder,cooking soda and some water and make thick Paste like idly batter.
- Peel Banana And Cut in to Rounds and Squares and keep a side.
- Dip Banana Pieces in to batter and Coat well with Besan Batter.
- Heat Oil on High flame and Bring it to Bubbles.
- Drop Well coated Banana Slices and fry Both sides till Gold Color.
- Take in to paper napkin plate It will absorb Excess oil.
- If you want spicy cut Middle of Bajjies and place Onion Pieces and some Massala And 2 drops lemon and serve hot in Rainy Season.
- Serve Plain Banana Bajji's with Chutny.
