Ingredients:-
Chicken -1/2 kg
Onion -1
Green chilly -4
Garam masala Powder - 2 Spoons
Ginger garlic paste- 2 Spoons
Raw redchilly powder -2 spoons
turmeric powder -1/2 spoon
salt-tasty
Oil-2 table spoons
Method:-
- Cut onion,greenchilly ,coriander pieces and Wash chicken 2 times and kept a side.
- Take Bandi and add Oil and add oniongreenchilly and fry and add gingergarlic paste and fry till Raw flavour went.
- Add washed chicken and close the lid and Cook for 10 mints till water comes out from chicken.
- Add Turmeric powder and salt and redchilly powder and cook till water Obsorbs.
- Add 200 ml water and cook till water obsorbs and add garam masala and Granich coriander leaves and cook 3 mints and serve hot.
- Serve hot with Rice,Biryani,Roti,Chapati and Enjoy.
