Ingredeints:
Brinjals -1/2 kg
Drumsticks -4
Redchilly powder- 2 spoons
Turmeric powder- 1 spoon
salt- tasy
Oil- 2 spoons
Onions- 2 Nos
Greenchilly- 3 Nos
Mustured seeds-1 Spoon
Method:
- Drumsticks cut in to 3 inches and Peel Cover and Cut Brinjals in to long pieces and soaked in salt water.
- Take Pan add oil and splutter Mustured seeds and add Onion Greenchilly and curry leaves and fry till saute.
- Drumsticks and close the Lid and saute for 5 mints add Brinjal Pieces and fry till saute.
- Add turmeric salt and fry for 2 mints.
- Add Red chilly powder and water 100 ml and close the Lid and cook for 5 mints when gravy comes Thick.
- Serve hot with rice.
