Ravva Laddu |
Ingredients:
- Suji/ Bombay ravva-1/2 kg/1 cup
- Sugar-400 grms / 3/4 cup
- Elaichi - 3
- Boiled Milk-1 cup (Required)
- Ghee- 3 Table spoons
- Coconut-1(Scraped)
- Kaju, Kissmis- For decoration.
Method/Preparation:
- Scrape the coconut /Grind and kept a side.
- Take PAN add Ghee and fry suji till Gold color on low flame and take out in to a plate.
- Add some ghee and add coconut scraped and fried till gold color.
- Grind the sugar and 3 Elachi and make fine powder.
- Fry kaju, kiss miss for decoration in ghee.
- Take wide plate add fried suji, fried coconut and powdered sugar and mix well.
- Add Boiled milk to wet the flour and make fine balls if required add some milk and make round balls.
- Garnish with Kaju, kismiss and kept a side for 2 minutes they become tight
- Serve as snack.
