How to make Andhra Chitapandu Roti Pachchadi (Andhra Chutneys)


Ingredients:

Chitapandu/tamarind lemon size
Redchillies-50 grms
Tomatoes-10

salt/Rock salt-tasty,
coriander seeds-2 spoons,
oil-2 table spoons,
Garlic-5
coriander leaves-handful.

Method:-

  • Take a pan add oil and add redchillies and fry well .
  • Add coriander seeds and fry well and take in to a plate.And add salt tasty.
  • Cut tomatoes in to pieces and add 2 spoons oil and fry well till they completley saute.
  • Clean the rolu and add redchilly and Coriander seeds and rub with banda or make fine powder.Add tamarind and rub well.
  • After add garlic cloves and grind,and add tomatoes and mix well and grind like pickle.
  • Add handful coriander leaves and mix well and rub well with banda.
  • Take out in to plate and garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve with Hot rice & ghee yummy pickle is ready.
  • This can be grind in Mixie also,but it will more tasty in rolu.
