Ingredients:
Besan-1 cupMilk-1/4 cup
Water-1/4 cup
Ghee-For deep fry
Dry Fruits ( Cashew nuts, Kismis, Garnishing Seeds,Dry Grapes)
Ingredients for Sugar Syrup
Sugar-1 cupWater-3/4 Cup
Elachi powder-2 T spns
Lemon juice-2 drops
Method/Preparation
- Take a Bowl and Add Fine Besan and add Water and Milk and Make Boondi Batter ( Watch Video for More Convenient).
- Make Sugar Syrup At The same Time in Other Stove.
- Heat Pan and Add 1 cup Sugar and 3/4 cup water and cook on Low flame for about 10 mints( Until Get One Thread consistency).
- Place deep bottomed Pan add Ghee for deep fry & Fry Dry fruits and keep a Side.
- Then Heat Ghee and If Necessary add some Ghee To Fry Boondi.
- Place Boondi Spoon Just Over Ghee and Pour Boondi batter little by little and Fry,Take care don't fry Boondi till color change or Crispy.
- Take out boondi and keep in a bowl,Repeat the same Until complete all The Batter.
- Check the Sugar Syrup Attains Single thread Consistency ( Watch Video for More Understanding).
- When It Comes Single Thread Means when we take some Syrup with Out 2 Fingers it will Make Single Thread At that time Add Boondi and Just Cook for 30 second's and Switch off the stove .
- Soak for 30 minutes or until gets Thick.
- Add Dry fruits And Mix well.
- Grease Your palms With Ghee and Ready to make Laddu's.
- When The mixture was Heat Make Laddou's and Garnish with Cashew nut.
- If Mixture Tight Add Some Hot water and Make Laddus, Repeat The same.
- Serve As a Delicious Traditional Sweet.
