How to Cook Easy Goan Red Chicken (Goa Style)

Red Goan Masala

Ingredients:

Chicken : 1/4 Kg
Salt Tasty
Red Chilli Powder: 2 Tb Spns
Turmeric Powder: Pinch
Preparation of Goan Red Masala:
Cloves: 4 Nos
Corriandar Seeds: 1 Tb Spn
Ginger : Small
Garlic Cloves: 6 Nos
Pepper Powder : 1 Tb Spn
Salt : 1/2 Tb Spn
Sugar: 1/2 Spn
Red Chillies: 6 Nos
Cumin: 1 T Spn
Cinammon Sticks : 3 Small Size
Tamarind : Pinch

Make Ready All In Ingredients :
 Like Below
Put a Non Stick Pan in the Gas Stove and heat
all the ingredients said above by adding the Ingredients Slowly to the Heated Pan for 2 Minutes
and Grind the Heated Ingredients in a Grinder till Powder
that's it the Important Goan Masala Ready for further Process



Preparation:
  1. Put a Non Stick Kadai and heat for 1 or 2 Min on the Gas Flame
  2. Add the 1 Tb Spn of Oil to it and Heat for another Min 
  3. Add Chopped Onions and Fry Until Gold COlour
  4. Add Turmeric Powder 1 Pnch
  5. Add Chopped Tomatoes Fry for 2 Mints
  6. After Frying 2 Minutes Now You can add our Secret Goan Masala Paste
  7. Add Freshly Cleaned Chicken Pieces and Close the Lid
  8. Mix Well IN Between By Opening the Lid
  9. Cook for 10 Minutes on Low Flame (means on Sym)
  10. Now Add Red Chilli Powder and Salt 
  11. Add 2 Glass (250Ml Each) Water and Close the Lid and Cook 
  12. For Colour purpose You can Add any Red Colour to the Curry (I Will Recommend to Use Any Natural colours to it
  13. THAT'S IT OUR GOAN RED CHICKEN IS READY TO SERVE HOT (GOA STYLE)
