Ingredients
- Ladies Fingers : 1/4 Kg
- Rice Flour : 2 Tb Spoons
- Besan : 1 Tb Spoon
- Corr Flour : 1 Tb Spoon
- Red Chilli Powder: 1 T Spoon
- Salt : Tasty
- Oil : for Deep Fry
- Coriander Leaves: 2 Bunches
- Curry Leaves: 1 Bunch
- Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 T Spoon
- Cut Ladies Fingers into Long Slices and Kept 1 Hr in Refrigerator to absorb the moisture content in the Ladies Fingers
- Take a Bowl Add Bindi Slices, Rice Flour 2 Tb Spoons, 1 Tb Spn Besan, 1 T Spn Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Ginger Garlic Paste
- Put the Kadai on the stove and Pour the Oil of 2 Tb Spoons ( see whether the oil is sufficient for Slices Deep Fry)
- Heat the Oil until the Bubble Comes (Please note that the oil must be heat other it will spoil the Crispy ness )
- then Slowly add the Slices in to the Oil and fry it till all the pieces are turns in to Red or Brown Colour
- Then take out from the oil and keep in some oil absorber cloth (mostly it was cotton cloth)
- that's it the Tasty Crispy Bindi Fry Ready to serve
- when this is served with any Dal Variety that will add an extra taste to the Meals
