How to Cook Easy Chicken Fried Rice


 Preparation of Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients
  1. Chicken - Required Small 10 Pieces (Bone Less)
  2. Sesame Oil: 1 Tb Spoon
  3. Boiled Rice : 1/4 Kg
  4. Chopped Onions: 1 Med Size
  5. Cabbage: Chopped Pieces 1/4 Kg
  6. Tomatoes: Finely Chopped 1 No
  7. Capcicum: Finey Chopped : 1/4 of 1 Capcicum
  8. Carrot: Finely Chopped 3 Number
  9. Vinegar: 1/4 T Spn
  10. Corriandar Leaves: 2 Bunches (For Garnishing)
Preparation:
  • Add Tb Spns of Seasame Oil to the Heated Pan and Spread it Well
  •  Now Fry for 5 to 10 Mint Chicken Pieces
  • Before taking Out from the Pan Add Curry Masala Paste (It is Optional for Extra Taste)
  • And Take out the PIeces and Keep Aside
  • Now IN the same Pan Add 1 Tb Spn of Oil and Heat for 2 to 3 Mins
  • Now add the Chopped Onions and Fry Until the Color Changes
  • Now add all other Ingredients except Vinegar to the Onions and Fry for 5 Mins
  • Add the Pre Fried Chicken Pieces to the Pan and Fry for 2 to 3 Mints
  • Now add the Boiled Rice to the Pre-Fried Ingredients add Salt and Fry for 5 to 10 Mints
  • Now Add the Black Pepper Powder of 2 Tb Spoons for Spice touch
  • Add Vinegar to the Fried Rice 
  • That's it Now the Chicken Fried Rice Ready to Serve
  • Serve Hot Hot that will not reduce the taste of the Fried Rice
