Sweet Mango Pickle |
Ingredients
- Raw
mongoes—peeled and sclice them –1 kg.
- Jaggery—2 ¾
cup,
- Salt—120
gms.
- Fenugreek
seeds—2 sp.
- Termeric-1
tbsp.
- Red chilly
powder-1 ½ tsp.
Method
- Assemble
all ingredients needed ,mix them together .
- Put in a
clean and dry jar.
- Cover
with a tight –fitting lid.
- Keep the
jar in sun .
- Shake
every day with clean spoon.
- The pickle
is ready when mangoes become soft.
