Sweet Mango Pickle

Ingredients

  • Raw mongoes—peeled and sclice them –1 kg.
  • Jaggery—2 ¾ cup,
  • Salt—120 gms.
  • Fenugreek seeds—2 sp.
  • Termeric-1 tbsp.
  • Red chilly powder-1 ½ tsp.

Method

  1. Assemble all ingredients needed ,mix them together .
  2. Put in a clean  and dry jar.
  3. Cover with a tight –fitting lid.
  4. Keep the jar in  sun .
  5. Shake every  day with clean spoon.
  6. The pickle is ready when mangoes become soft.
