How to Make Mysoor Bajji (Andhra Style)
Ingredints:
Urad dal-1
cup.
maida-2
cups
salt
Onion pieces-2 sps.
Oil for
deep fry.
Soda.
Method:
- Add onion pieces and maida to uraddal mixtureand mix well.
- Ferment the dough for over night .
- Heat oil in a pan for deep fry .
- Add salt and soda to the dough.
- Take small ball of dough with wet hand and dropped in the oil.
- Fry the bajjies until they come to golden brown colour.
- Serve with tomato chutney.
- Try this recipe as brakefast.
