Potato Bajji

Ingredients: 

  • Potatoes big round -3 (Big Size)
  • Besan-1 cup
  • Rice flour-1 Tb spoon
  • Salt-Tasty
  • Red chilli powder-1 T spoon
  • Cooking soda-pinch
  • Oil-For deep fry
  • Water-3/4 cup 

Method 

  • Take a Bowl add Besan, Rice flour, salt, Red chilli powder and cooking soda, make Batter by adding 3/4 cup water to the fore said ingredients.
  • Make batter some Thick consistency watch my Video for Better Understanding.
  • Add little by little Water and make dough.
  • Cut Potato slices as thin as possible.
  • Add oil and heat for Deep fry.
  • Dip Slices in batter and Drop in Hot oil, Fry until gold colour and take out in Paper Napkin.
  • Try Potato Bajji Recipe as Evening Snack.
