Mysore Bonda or Bajji is a Famous South Indian Breakfast Recipe, Today I am revealing the secret of Making Batter Preparation. So Try This Recipe.

Ingredients:

  • Maida-1/4 kg
  • Urad dal-100 grams
  • Cooking soda-pinch
  • Salt-tasty
  • Oil-for deep fry

Method:

  • Soak Urad dal for 5 hours & grind well with2 cups water approximately Grind in to smooth Paste.
  • Mix urad dal paste with Maida and add little water and make some loose batter like idly batter.
  • Ferment over night if you want add some onion pieces and ferment overnight.
  • Next day the Batter will ferment well it shows some bubbles on batter.
  • Heat oil for Deep fry, Wet your hands with Water and take small amount of batter and drop in oil.
  • Fry until brown colour and take out in paper napkin plate.
  • Serve hot with Chutney.
